Piano lessons

I offer piano lessons for beginner, intermediate and advanced students on Staten Island.

Nobody is too young or too old to experience the many benefits of learning to play an instrument. My goal is to make the learning of music fun and to demonstrate how it can enrich your life.

I encourage my students to develop at their own pace and to show them that anybody can play piano whether you want to become an amateur or pro. I put a great emphasis on the correct positioning of hands, fingering, phrasing and dynamics. After you have learned the fundamentals of playing notes, we try to create beautiful music.

Students are also offered to learn music theory and music history.

Many of my students play at the NYSSMA festival, receiving very high scores. In recent years, my students have performed at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall as well as participated in the Steinway Junior Piano Competition.
